cation.  Do not complete your scholarship application packet 

in pencil, please type or use blue/black ink for completion. 

Please use the application to answer all questions with the

exception of your essay.  Your essay should be properly form-

atted (TYPED, double-spaced, 12-point type, etc).  Please

include your letters of recommendation, photos, transcripts

and essays as a part of your application packet.  Do not mail

these items separately. Please review your application checklist prior to mailing your completed packet.  We will not accept resubmissions of applications this year.  Any application received without all required materials, will be considered incomplete.

England Health Center sponsors first annual Thanksgiving Food Drive

Dr. Shawn Cones with the England Health Center passes out school supplies during a Health Fair held on the morning of August 15. More than 100 bags filled with various school supplies were given to area students. Pastor Alonzo Hayes donated various food items which were also given to those participating in the Health Fair.

England Health Center staff members who assisted with the event included: Dr. Shawn Cones, Janice Crockett, Melissa Brown, Meredith Johnson and Misty O'Neal.

The staff members wished to thank the following businesses and individuals for donations enabling the purchase of the school supplies -- Gerren Motors, Kroger, Bank of England, Ag-Pro, Jeff's Body Shop, Dean-Henderson Equipment Co., Movie Maddness & Tanning, Pastor Alonzo Hayes and Dr. Shawn Cones.
